AGS CERTIFIED GEMOLOGIST APPRAISALS
Pierce Jewelers offers appraisal for any of your jewelry.
Charles Scanlan (Chuck) is a Guild Gemologist of GIA (Gemological Institute of America)since 1990. He is Certified Gemologist Appraiser (CGA) and, a member of AGS
(American Gem Society). Using our accredited Gem Lab, our Certified Gemologist
appraiser can identify, grade, and evaluate your gemstones and/or diamonds.
We will provide appraisals in a variety of markets including Insurance and Estate.
Today’s markets are constantly changing; therefore, we recommend having an
appraisal completed on your jewelry or an existing appraisal updated every 3-5
years. Fees for the appraisal will vary due to the number of gems and/or
diamonds that your piece of jewelry has. Every gem and diamond gets
measured and graded individually, as well as the precious metal identified.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the appraisal to be complete. In some cases we can accomodate an appointment.
