The designers at Pierce Jewelers are ready to assist you with making your idea into something that will be treasured for years. The store owners, John Kanable and Chuck Scanlan, will personally oversee each project to ensure the best quality and value for each Customer’s project.
Simply bring in your ideas, drawings, or photos for inspiration. You can even bring in a piece of jewelry that you may want to recreate or upcycle. Yes, we can even repurpose your gemstones and/or diamonds in the new design.
We have high quality diamonds and gemstones that are hand-picked by the store owners if you want to include them in your project. Plus, we have trusted sources whom we can contact to get that rare diamond or colored gemstone for you to choose.
When the CAD has met approval, the next process is to make a wax model of your custom piece. Our jewelers are highly skilled at wax carving. The details which they carve is simply amazing, it’s a work of art in itself. When the wax model is finished, you get to look at it, try it on, and make any necessary changes.
Then it is time for our goldsmiths to cast the new piece of jewelry. When the cast is completed, it will go through an initial polishing. After that, any diamonds or colored gemstones that you picked out with our jeweler will be set. It is then polished again to a mirror finish or any other finishes that you desire.How long does it take to custom make a personal, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry?
Once the CAD render is approved or hand-carved wax is finished, your custom jewelry will be built and completed within 4 - 6 weeks.
