Returns & Refund Policy for Pierce Jewelers

At Pierce Jewelers, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options. Please review our policy carefully before making a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • In their original condition, unworn, and free of damage.

    • Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers and to ensure quality, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Special orders

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees (including expedited or overnight shipping) are non-refundable.

  • If the item was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.


4. Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must be of equal or greater value (with the customer responsible for any price difference).


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping when sending items back.

  • Pierce Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


6. In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased online may also be returned or exchanged in-store at our Carmel, Indiana location, following the same conditions listed above.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
