  • Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved and special-order pieces, are final sale and non-returnable.

6. Repairs & Custom Work

  • For jewelry repairs and custom design services, timelines are provided as estimates. Delays may occur due to sourcing or craftsmanship requirements.

  • Pierce Jewelers is not liable for loss or damage of customer-owned jewelry left for repair beyond the value of the work performed.
