1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom, engraved, or repaired items may require an additional 5–14 business days; estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or during consultation.

  • No shipping on weekends or major holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days):

    • Free on orders of $500 or more

    • $25 for orders under $500

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days):

    • $45, regardless of order amount

4. Carriers & Delivery Safeguards

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


6. In-Store Pickup

  • Free of charge and available for local customers.

  • You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready—usually same day or next business day.


7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; Pierce Jewelers isn't responsible for misrouted or delayed packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier insurance claim.
